Register to Innohub

Registration to innohub

Registration to innohub will grant you with access to the protected content. In order for this to happen, we only need your email, we don’t require any other personal information. We will use your email only for the login process and not for other purposes. However, before registration we strongly encourage you to read our privacy policy.

Later on, if you enjoy innohub and you would like to access additional services, we may ask you to provide the information that we need in order to allow you to benefit of our services.

Be aware that the registration will not give you, by default, access to the whole content/services. Some parts of the content/services may be subject to private agreements between the operator of innohub (PMC) and its customers, thus only those customers can access it. Other parts of our content/services may be subject of paid subscriptions to innohub and you can have access to it only by subscribing to one of our plans.

Nevertheless, the initial registration to innohub does not require more than your email. Registering to innohub will automatically create an PMC account for you that you may use for accessing the websites/apps and services that are owned/operated by PMC. Of course, you shall also set a password for your PMC account.

Registration methods

There are two registration methods. The traditional registration method involves that you will create your account by providing a username, an email address and a password. The second registration method is to use one of your social accounts for the first login to innohub. This will automatically create a PMC account for you based on your name and the email you use for the selected social account, you don’t have to input any information, only click on the social account that you want to use.

Be aware that registering with social accounts will not create a password for your PMC account and you may be required to create one when you would like to enter innohub using the traditional login method (email and password). However, for having access to the innohub community resources you don’t need to create a password, you can always use your social account. When you decide to access more complex content/services, you will need to update your account and create a password for it.

When using the social accounts for registration/access to innohub, please be aware of the potential login issues that you may experience. For more information please read also the instructions for Login to innohub.

How to register

Registration is very simple. From the main menu, select MyPMC and you will easily find the Register option. This will direct you to the registration page where you can choose one of the two available registration methods. Choose one and register. You will receive an email for confirmation. Follow the link provided by the confirmation email and that’s all.

Be aware that, if you are already logged in to innohub and go to the registration page, you will not be allowed to register again. We will let you know about this.

Important to know

When using different social accounts that you have registered under different emails (e.g you have a gmail email and you register to innohub using your Google account and you also have a Facebook account registered under a different email and you also use this account to register to innohub), the actual result will be the creation of two different innohub accounts.

In theory, there is nothing wrong with this, both accounts will grant you with access to innohub. In practice, this may create some issues later on when you will decide to access more advanced and personalised content/services because the access to the personalised content/service is granted for the account under this access was requested. When using another innohub account for logging in, it is clear that you will not have access to the personalised content/services that was previously allowed for the other account.

But, no worries! If you will be in this situation, raise a support ticket to us and we will solve it for you.
