THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE APPLICABLE FROM THE DATE SHOWN ON THIS PAGE. THE LIST OF THE OLDER VERSIONS CAN BE SEEN ON OUR LEGAL CENTER AND CAN BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, USING THE DEDICATED FORM AVAILABLE INSIDE OUR LEGAL CENTER.



These are the Specific Terms of Service for using our Technical Support services. Please read these specific terms of service (“terms”, “terms of service”, “specific terms of service”, “STOS”) carefully before using accessing our Technical Support Center and/or our Technical Support Services (the “service”, the "website", the "site") operated/provided by PMC (“us”, ‘we”, “our”). This STOS is applicable for https://innohub.space and all its sub-sites.

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE ARE APPLICABLE FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY US ON THIS SITE OR ON ANY OF THE SUB-SITES. SPECIFIC TERMS OF SERVICE MAY APPLICABLE FOR EACH SERVICE WE PROVIDE TO YOU. ADDITIONALLY, WE MAY HAVE INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS WITH YOU. BY ACCESSING OR USING INNOHUB.SPACE, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE.

Conditions of use

The purpose of our technical support services provided through the Support Center section of innohub.space is to provide the users of our site and sub-sites with the assistance needed in order to facilitate the use of our services within the technical parameters.



The Support Center and its related functionalities are available to any innohub.space users or visitors. It is not necessary to be registered with innohub.space and to be logged in order to use the Support Center.

Access to Support Center

Our Support Center functionalities are accessible only from innohub.space. The Support Center is providing the functionalities needed to notify us about the issues that you experience when using innohub.space or any of its sub-sites. None of the sub-sites of innohub.space provides dedicated technical support functionalities but all sub-sites provides connections to the Support Center.

Service Level Agreement

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS BETWEEN US AND YOU OR BY SPECIFIC TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE PAID SUPPORT PLAN THAT YOU SUBSCRIBED TO, THE SUPPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON BEST-EFFORT BASIS AS FURTHER DESCRIBED.

You herein acknowledge, understand and agree that

  • PMC does not have any obligation to respond to the technical support notifications in a specific time;
  • PMC, at its own discretion, can prioritise the response to the technical support notifications and can choose even not to respond to certain technical support notifications that violates the rules of user posted/loaded content as specified in the General Terms of Service;
  • PMC will and shall be not be held liable for any direct and/or indirect loss that you may experience as a result of not receiving response to your technical support notifications in the timeframe that you may expect;

Business hours

Any user or visitor of innohub.space can, at anytime, send support notifications to us using the Support Center. Responding to such notifications is, however, subject to our availability.

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS BETWEEN US AND YOU OR BY SPECIFIC TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE PAID SUPPORT PLAN THAT YOU SUBSCRIBED TO, THE SUPPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ONLY ON WORKING DAYS, BETWEEN 09:00 AND 18:00 HOURS, EAST EUROPEAN TIME (EET).

You herein acknowledge, understand and agree that PMC will and shall be not be held liable for any direct and/or indirect loss that you may experience as a result of not responding to your technical support notifications outside the business hours.

Privacy and Cookies

The communication between you and us that may be necessary for responding to your technical support notifications requires (first) specific functionalities on the website and these functionalities will set cookies on your computer and (second) requires that you provides personal information to us and we process your personal information for the purpose of providing you with technical support services. Using the functionalities of our Support Center, you herein acknowledge, understand and agree with our Privacy and Cookies policies.
